How to buy

  • 1Choose a product

    Once you have chosen the product you want to buy, click on “add to the shopping cart”. In the next page you will be able to keep on buying or place your order. If you want to finalize, click on “buy”. Then, you only need to follow the next steps of the buying process.

  • 2LOGIN. Introduce your e-mail and password and click on "Enter"

    In case you are not yet registered, just do it now clicking on "New user's registration". You just need to complete all your data and click on "Continue". To confirm the registration process, just go to your e-mail account (the one you provided while registering) and click on the link in the e-mail we sent you. You will be automatically re-sent to our web page where you will see a confirmation message of the registration process. Click again on "Buy" to continue with the buying process

  • 3Check your order

    Check the products' details in your order. In case you have a discount code, it's now the time to introduce it.Go to the next step clicking on “Buy-next step”.

  • 4Check the delivery address

    Check that the delivery data that you provided while registering are correct. In case you wish the delivery to be made in a different address or to a different person other than yourself, correct it. In case you need an invoice, please tick the "Do you need an invoice?" question and introduce all your data in case the address where you wish to receive the invoice is different from the delivery address. If the address is the same, just click on "use shipping details"

  • 5Special packaging

    In case you wish your order to be delivered wrapped as a gift, click on "Add to the shopping cart" (you can also include a greeting card, just click on the link "Add a greeting card" and personalize your message here adding the sender name and the address).

    Click on "Buy-Next step"

  • 6Payment details

    Chose your favorite way to pay your order clicking on any of the three options (Credit/debit card, Paypal or Pay on delivery-only available for deliveries in Spain).

    Click on "Pay"

    ¡Done! You have successfully finished the buying process. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the purchase details in the e-mail account you provided while registering.

  • What are the advantages of registering?

    By registering at The Viana Fan, you will enjoy several benefits:

    • Faster purchases: your shipping and billing details are saved to speed up future orders.
    • Order tracking: check the status of your orders and review your history anytime from your account.
    • Offers & news: receive updates on exclusive promotions, new products, and other news (if you wish).
  • How do I register on the website?

    It's very simple. Click on "Log in / Register" (top right of the site) and select New user registration. Fill in the form with your details and follow the instructions you'll receive by email to activate your account.

    Note: you can also create an account during checkout before finalizing your first order.

  • I forgot my password, what can I do?

    If you don't remember your password, click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter the email you registered with, and we'll send you an email to reset it (either with a temporary password or a reset link).

  • Once registered, how can I edit my details?

    Log in and go to "My Account" (top right of the page). There you can update your shipping addresses, name, password, etc. Simply edit the field you wish to change, enter the new information, and save your changes.

Payments

  • How can I pay for my order?

    You can pay securely with credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.) or PayPal. All transactions are encrypted to guarantee your data security.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    For shipments within mainland Spain, delivery usually takes 24–48 hours once the order has been dispatched. Orders confirmed before 5:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day; orders confirmed later are shipped the next business day.

    International shipments vary depending on the destination country.

  • Where will I receive my order?

    Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. You may enter a different delivery address from your billing address or residence if needed (e.g., sending a gift directly to someone or receiving it at work).

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs depend on the destination. When you enter your shipping address during checkout, the system will automatically show you all available delivery options with their respective rates and delivery times.

  • Can I pick up my order in Madrid (Click & Collect)?

    Yes. You can choose in-store pickup in Madrid. Select "Store Pickup" as your delivery method at checkout. Your order will be ready at our physical store Amarcord – Retro Concept Store, Calle Don Ramón de la Cruz, 47, Madrid (28001). This service is free (no shipping fees).

  • How are the products presented?

    All our fans come in a high-quality case, perfect for gifting or for safe storage at home. The case protects the fan and adds an elegant presentation, so your purchase arrives ready to be gifted or kept in excellent condition.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Yes! During checkout you can add gift wrapping to your order. Simply select the gift wrapping option before finalizing your purchase. You can also include a personalized greeting message with sender and recipient names.

    We will prepare your order with festive wrapping and include your note, so the package arrives ready to surprise.

Returns & Exchanges

  • How can I return a product purchased at The Viana Fan?

    You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Here's how:

    • Return request: Download the withdrawal form here, fill it out, sign it, and email it to us to notify your decision to return or exchange.
    • Prepare shipment: Pack the item in its original packaging, including the receipt or invoice. The product must be in perfect condition, unused. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective. We recommend a tracked service.
    • Refund: Once we receive the product in good condition, we'll process your refund using the same payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). Original shipping fees are not refundable.
    • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange (e.g., for another fan model), indicate this in the form or when contacting us. We'll process the exchange once we receive the returned item, within the 30-day period.
    • Defective products: If the product is defective or damaged (not transport-related), we cover the return costs. Contact our customer service (+34 91 435 36 56 or info@thevianafan.com) and we'll arrange pickup at no extra charge.
    • Complaint forms: Official complaint forms are available at our Madrid offices (Calle Don Ramón de la Cruz, 47, 28001 Madrid).
